"Her face is a map of the world, is a map of the world...

...you can see she's a beautiful girl, she's a beautiful girl." Suddenly I See by KT Tunstall.

Incidentally, that is one of my favorite music videos. The only thing it's missing is bubbles! <3

This is an exciting week! I have a yummy recipe, a fun DIY, and a fabulous surprise for you planned...in fact, I can't wait any more. The surprise will come today!

So, without further ado, allow me to introduce the newest member of our family:

Charisma!

"Hello. I'm Charisma. But you can call me Izzy."

Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur. Happy kitty, sleepy kitty, purr purr purr.

Izzy Sleeps.

Charisma. I haz it.

Little Izzy is 6 months old. He is a sweet, cuddly (unlike some other kitties we know and love), and a little bundle of fun! The only one who isn't excited about him is Irony, who has already grown much MORE fond of him than she was when they were introduced. Charisma has been extremely even-tempered and gracious, despite Irony's obvious dislike of him and her incredibly bad language (no one can swear like kitties can swear...)

Irony is not amused.

Charisma will no doubt feature prominently in future posts, but rest assured, Irony is and always will be the prima gatta, and her personality is not diminished in the slightest by Charisma's intrusion! We still love our grumpy Irony, and we will work through the transition from only cat to older-sister-cat together. She is mostly just irritated by him at this point. And yes, they do look very similar, but Charisma has a very different face (hard to see in pictures, I know) and much more white on him. So I will label them for your convenience. :)

Stay tuned for the rest of the week's fun! Much love!
