There are three types of people in the world…

…those who can count and those who can’t!

I was thinking over the last few days about personality tests, ways you can tell what type of person people are. One way is by ice cream. For example; one girl at school here is really sophisticated and “classy,” if you will, she is always poised and smooth and polite, no matter what the circumstance. When she puts her toppings on her ice cream, she puts fudge sauce and condensed milk on in a marbled swirl design, with a drizzle of caramel sauce on top of that, and then a dollop of whipped cream and some sprinkled nuts or sprinkles or butterfingers or whatever on top of that, and then a cherry right on top. It looks like a dessert from a very expensive restaurant that you would eat on your honeymoon.
Then there’s another girl, who when she makes her ice cream, she puts on all the bright colored things, with a brownish base, and it looks middle eastern-Mediterranean somehow. Something to do with the tan colors and then the bright on top. She is our “Arabian princess” on campus. She is strong and solid and regal.

Then there’s a guy who would make up different kinds of sets of toppings, but as we only get ice cream and toppings once in a blue moon, he just puts all the toppings on at once. He is very analytical. I think that by observing how they put their toppings on, and by listening to why they put them on, I could tell you a lot about a person.

People are so simple, and yet so complex. Isn’t life ironic?
